what are you talking about? why would beta testers be banned?there is a list of the official beta testers, none of them will be banned. the ones who got leaked versions are not beta testers, and were likely banned.
Just a note that people using the leaked RTB4 Beta will find themselves banned from using it at some point today. It's very easy to check who's not meant to be using it and I'll be leaving those people banned for maybe a few days after the initial release. They'll also be excluded from beta opportunities in the future.
