today's survival experience? what survival experience? you mean to tell me that someone was actually building a cool house? no? i didn't think so. no one is going to come here and build anything right before the server shuts down. in fact, all this week no one has been trying to take up projects because they probably wouldn't be able to complete or enjoy them before the server changes. also, i don't think terrorized is the correct term, i think mildly perturbed would be a better show oh how drastically that swastika i built behind a house was affecting the server.

I honestly dont think what fred did is ban worthy. although i see where trifax is coming from. even with the reset tomorrow its his job as an admin to prevent griefing.
but i also understand freds point of view. it really isnt affecting anyone seriously if he griefs. it wont matter tomorrow anyway.
i recommend having him serve the original sentence and then given one more chance.

I believe in upholding the policies that the server has always held. I believe at this point, given some legitimate negotiation on Kellan's part (fred, you're terrible at arguing your case) the original sentence will be held and fred is placed on probation upon return to the server. In other words, if I get one more notice of fred griefing, you'll be permanently banned. Fred, I'd at least like to hear that you understand my position, and that we can all stop wasting our time on this. I'm sure we all have better things to be doing.
