I bet the trailer will give almost no perceptive, only a slight amount of room for speculation. Maybe a little more, but not enough for you to draw good conclusions. Even everyone will be pissed, and they'll be all "What did you expect, coo-coo birds? ;D"

Bet they'd only appear in cutscenes and places you couldn't legitimately cause them harm.

I would hope sooner than later.
I'm not sure if mid-2012 would be a reasonable expectation, or early 2013.

They should make a GTA in a place like the Desert, Mountains or Alaska. Not known places.
