Just because a GPU has a bigger number doesn't mean anything.  Are you sure you have an 845?  Because a GMA 845 would NOT run it.

The GMA965 can BARELY run source games.  If they are in like DX8 and low resolution and everything possible then yes MAYBE it can run it.

I'm pretty sure you still can.  The only real difference from RCT2 to 1 is like a few bells n whistles, which is why I just play RCT2.
