ONTOPIC STUFF: Okay well your in a screwball here. Dunno how to help. THROW EVERYTHING AT YOUR MOTHER, tell her the crap problems, the loss of XXX dollars because of steam etc.

As for steam... Tell them everything, Make copy and pastes, Paste every week or so and Follow their "godly" Commands.

I'll try to get my mom to call the credit card company so they can fax the affidavit. Even then, there's no guarantee I'll get my account back. The support technician said that they might consider giving it back if an affidavit is sent.
