Don't think of it as a second season, think of it as an addition to the already finished anime which just bring the whole show down.

Um, the only good anime that i can remember having a good english dub is FMAB. But if you are willing to go with something that isn't a dub how about future diary that is the only anime i have watched a 2nd time.
