If Illegal drugs, guns, and other contraband are sold on the streets, I guess we will start seeing people selling access to some sort of unrestricted network out in the dark alleys. My guess if this does get passed it will only last a few months before the supreme court declare it unconstitutional. Assumeing the Dems and Republicans can get their heads out of their asses and both agree is unconstitutional. So far we don't know if all the votes are for or against the bill, so I wouldn't worry too much.
