Almost every single major site you're aware of. Keep in mind, the majority of their money comes from advertisement, and much of this advertisement demotes copyrighted material and/or encourages/produces illegal production. Even if a large portion of these advertisements aren't illegal, there will be more illegal sites contributing to the gain of those legal ones.

I'm going off of common evidence. I'm not here to stir up trouble, as you obviously are. Read the entire act, by the way; a lot of people here have a right to be paranoid.
