Someone else's mail, according to the United States Postal Service.  Reading someone else's postal mail can earn you jail time.

Someone else's email or other forms of electronic contact, however, is just a breach of privacy.  I don't think you can be thrown into jail for it, but they can take legal action if they really want to put that much time and effort.

I haven't even been able to find this law so idk. I'm sure with the right lawyer it would count though.

I was going to mention how I could post on my old account now too, but then I remembered that it never got banned and I could have used it at any time before everything was key-only
now it's just like if I had gotten banned

So no matter what, aeris is forgeted.

Who said I was under 18?

I'm pretty sure Badspot is violating a number of state mandatory reporting laws be allowing a minor to distribute nude images of herself when he has the information required to report it to the proper authorities. I could be wrong though, I'm no lawyer.

To Badspot's knowledge Aeris is a 47-year-old male.

Child research and distribution of it can land you some jail time.

Who said I was under 18?

You did, on several occasions.

Child research and distribution of it can land you some jail time.
You realize that not only can you not prove she wasn't lying when she said she was under eightteen (I don't even believe she's a woman) but the pictures didn't even have timestampes, they could have been from anywhere.
