You are right. They aren't. Clearly they need punishment.
So I'd just go on until one of the bad parents hit me, get a lawsuit, and go in some other family.

Glad with the exeptionally good parents (some of you might know my dad, hehe) I have.

My parents dont up with that stuff, my brother said "forget you" and then he and my dad started wrestling and literally left tables turned. They then kicked him out and told him he couldn't come back to get job. All because he said forget you, my parents are like drill instructors. They scream at me when I get a grade -B.

I usually dont listen to a thing she says because she dropped out of school in grade 10. So if she says anything I usually just go "Well fine. I'll just go be a dumbass and drop out of school in tenth grade"

This is where you messed up. If you act like she has no authority (which as your legal guardian, and mom, she does) then your going to get in trouble.

I think that you can't just backtalk them, because to be honest, assuming you get kids you would get pissed when they talk back, not because they made a good point, but because they don't respect you. You should have been calmer, and maybe explained that "When I wanted to play my own file, she went off of hers, but forgot to save it right then and there. So it didn't have a recent save. When I went on and handed it back, she realized her mistake, and started crying. It wasn't my fault at all, because she forgot, not me."
