The contest still has 13 days of voting yet to go. The votes could very easily change in that time. And even if Alex wins the community vote, that does not mean he'll win the contest; he could be nixed during the judging process.
You know, in the Apple Store there are a couple Iphones with Beats in them, and you know what? I like them. I certainly wouldn't take them over these, but they had good sound quality compared to the other headphones that were plugged in IMO. I don't see why everybody hates them, I think it's just because everybody has them.
The reason Beats are stuff is because of what Kingdaro and TBP said, and because of the fact that they're far more of a fashion statement than a quality pair of headphones. I think their sound quality is stuff because I'm an audiophile and thus far, the only headphones that have provided me with near perfection in sound quality are Bose headphones and Sennheiser headphones.
