so I'm really pissed because

in the Beatport remix contest for Make It Bun Dem, the guy in third place, "Zeblazed," has been rapidly gaining votes over the past several days. about 4 days ago, his remix was at like 350 votes, and now it's about to surpass Pegboard Nerds' remix, and then Alex's not long after, I'm sure.

why is this a problem?

the remix is absolute stuff. it's horribly mixed, disgustingly mastered, and the guy is known for whoring himself out to his fans for them to promote his stuff music.

I just hope the judges of the contest (i.e. Skrillex himself and other people from Beatport I think) realize that Zeblazed's remix is stuff.

also, for those of you who were hoping that Pegboard Nerds would win, I have some unfortunate news for you. it is quite literally impossible for them to win because the remix contest rules clearly state that you have to be a legal resident of the United States in order to win, and Pegboard Nerds are Scandinavian. it really sucks for them but at least they have the option to fall back to Monstercat.

and forget, PBN are beating Alex now. but like I said, as cool as it would be to see them win, they literally can't because of the restrictions in the rules.
