I'm stupid. I was talking about a pair of turntables
I own pioneer turntables. They're good. They're expensive. What's your budget? The CDJ-2000 Nexus players are super nice but they're also $2,400 a pop.
CDJ-950s are acceptable replacements, for $1,600 a pop. These are practically a steal. Like, ridiculous. Get those if you can. They're literally the best offer I've ever seen. I'm upset I didn't wait until that offer came around.
You'll need a mixer too, I honestly recommend the DJM-900 Nexus. It's way better than the 2000 and it's way cheaper too. But, it's $2,300. The cheapest you can go is the DJM-250 which is $400. It's stuff. Just telling you. It doesn't even have effects. You'll need the EFX-1000 for another $1,125 if you get that. The DJM-350 is the cheapest with effects, it's $750. So if you go mega cheap with that and get the loving AMAZING offer for the mixers, that puts your total at:
$1,650. That's a bit steep, especially for people who don't have jobs. Otherwise, if you go top notch, your grand total is:
$7,100 with 2x CDJ-2000n and DJM-900n
Your other option, which is the route I chose, is to get the XDJ-Aero for $1,200 on Amazon. It doesn't let you play CDs, you have to stream the music to it through your computer or smartphone. However, it has a pretty good effects range and a lot of features that are nice and it's cheaper than the parts separate. It's your call.
