Bump... fixed the title

I take a stuff ton of vitamin B12 before swim practice...

Vitamin B12 isn't energy, it's a component in the reaction that extracts energy from food.

I enjoy being submerged in water, just the feeling of moving your hands through it and floating. But I would never join a swim team or anything. I also rarely go to the pool because I hate being in a pool with people I don't know, if I had a pool of my own I'd be in it everyday during the summer. I'm not allowed to have a pool in the community I live in though.

Isn't varsity like the more skilled high school swimmers? Or did they change it to make it so no one feels like a loser if they don't get into varsity? Because how you explain yourself doesn't sound like you'd be in varsity.

I used to take swimming lessons for a week every year when I went to Wisconsin for the summer. We have a nice little pool in my backyard that we use in the summer. I usually see how long I can hold my breath underwater or do flips underwater.

I was forced into a swimming relay race at camp last year though. Let's just say that my team lost, not only because the girls ahead of me were huge jerks and kept kicking me in the face.

In every school you have to try out for the varsity teams, and the coaches hand pick their players.

So basically it speeds up the process of extracting energy from digested food.

We never have tryouts for varsity swimming due to the fact that we don't have a JV team for swimming.

I like freestyle and back stroke.

I can swim, just not fast, and back stroke is relaxing IMO

Backstoke is hard, IMO, because I keep getting water up my goddamn nose.
