I never feel tired. What other methods are there?
Well if you mean WILD methods for anchors, there are plenty others. I already listed them.

As for other techniques discluding WILD, there are some pretty effective ones. There's MILD, which involves repeating a mantra in your head over and over. There's VILD, where you incubate a dream scene and visualize it. There's CAT, which involves alarms. Autosuggestion, weak version of MILD (and bad).

Yeah all of that stuff.

Can you tell me how you lucid, I know it won't help me much but maybe it can

I've tried to WILD before, but the breathing part always puts me to sleep VERY quickly. I've actually given up on lucid dreaming as I have many times before, but still WILD to fall asleep. :P

I haven't lucid dreamt for three months.

I am currently attempting WILD stuff so I can just master that and lucid dream at will. I did almost get into SP last night though, so here is what I did for that:
1. I laid down on my back, hands at my side, all of that.
2. I stayed still and focused on the "third-eye chakra". I visualized it as a bright white light. The third eye chakra is located just above the middle of the brow region, and it is supposed to trigger the "pineal gland" in the brain, which moderates dreaming and awakening.
3. After about 20 minutes of deep relaxation, I saw my first signs of mental imagery. I started to passively focus on the imagery, while still focusing on the chakra. Eventually, the imagery became very dramatic, and I woke up.

As for the other times I have lucid dreamt oh so long ago, I did the MILD method.


What imagery?
You will see things, even with your eyes closed. Like your mind is making a mental image.

I know once, I fell half asleep and I heard my dad calling me. Maybe my brother too. Was I doing it right?

I have tried wild for awhile. After 45 minutes i usually move because i would flip the forget out if i didn't.

Also reality checks can work if you believe they will in a dream however if for instance you believed a mirror would reflect your image it would instead of showing weird stuff. This is YOUR mind people you control everything and there is nothing in there you don't have control over. (Except how long you can sleep for)

When you become lucid don't think your going to wake up. That's an extensively foolish thing to believe because you know what? If you believe your going to wake up when your lucid you will. That's why dream solidifying techniques work, it's because you believe it will.

Also to all the people trying to WILD before sleeping. Data supports that it makes it more difficult to wild before sleeping than around 6 hours after. If your new to it you can try going right into it but if that doesn't work you can try sleeping a bit first before attempting a wild and it might improve the result.

So you set up an alarm for like 1:00 or something? Then you wake up and start WILDing?

That's my understanding, Ima try it tonight, but even if it works, I probably won't know it, since I have bad dream recall lol

Gonna try tonight.  Last night I tried but I forgot what to do after sleep paralysis.  Ironically that is one of last steps.

When you start losing your sense in your dream it's like the dream is collapsing. You have to rub your hands together or something in the dream to keep it. Keep your senses stimulated.

I'm also very scared to do sleep paralysis. The last time I did it I kept trying to call to my dad and kept trying to say I couldn't move but he just left me. He was just a black figure too, creepy stuff yo. The noises were weird, it sounded like transformers when they transform lols.

well, I tried it, and I felt the weight On my chest. But I didn't quite get to the paralysis, or the lucid dreaming. :c
But I did remember what dream I did have very much better then usual.

Do you know any ways to bail out of sleep paralysis? Sometimes I get freaked the forget out by the noises and slendermen walking around my room.
