Okay so here is what I am going to do tonight:
Sleep and wake up at 2 AM.
Lie on my back, arms to my side, stay completely still.
If any thoughts pop into my head, I do not interact with them and let them wander. Otherwise I stare into darkness.
Once I feel like I am on drugs or some stuff I stay calm and all of that and passively enter my dream.
Anything else I need to do or anything wrong here? Just wondering, I am really dedicated right now.
