I'm training a lvl 33 Venusaur, lvl 31 Dugtrio, lvl 32 Clefairy, lvl 32 Nidoqueen, lvl 22 Growlithe, lvl 26 Vaporeon.

Some Pokémon that's a releavant to Celebi and Manaphy, a legendary [starter-type]+Psychic.
In this case, Fire-Psychic.

TL;DR Google it.

EDIT:
Games I got are Leafgreen, Emerald, Platinum, SoulSilver, and Black Versions, but I have played Blue version and beat it (I got Mewtwo and Mew on it and met MISSINGNO.)
