I asked if it was illegal since he had not yet said he has it. He said he bought it. Then you said it wasn't illegal in response to my post from before he confirmed purchase. At no point did you indicate with purchase, and you were responding from the point of purchase being unknown. For all intensive purposes, the conversation appeared to still be about without purchase.
