Noooo! Those were in Gen III only. They were in the Red and Green remakes, but no where in Gen I.

Manning up and Nuzelocking...on an emulator, so not that manly. Tempted to instate a rule that I can revive a Pokemon, but only the turn after it died, as if I'm stopping it from actually dying.

EDIT: Haha, starter choices: Cleffa (ew), Delcatty (ewer), Blaziken (aw yeah!).

I hate how Mew and Mewtwo were more or less put on a bus after Gen I. The last time they've been even slightly important to a game was Guardian Signs, and it had been a long time before that. The Hoenn legends get to change the weather appear in caves, and change the weather, in most of the recent games at least.
