NU (Never Used, examples include Swalot, Ariados, Absol, Kricketune, Ledian)
LC (Little Cup. Special tier for first-evolution or baby Pokemon that are lvl5, examples include Charmander, Azurill, Wynaut. All Pokemon must be able to evolve at some point, but they cannot have evolved yet)
UU (Under Used, examples include Pinsir, Jolteon, Blastoise, Chandelure)
OU (Over Used, examples include Heracross, Yanmega, Alakazam, Gengar)
Uber (A legendary-dominated tier, self-explanatory name, examples include Rayquaza, Latios, Dialga, Zekrom, Mewtwo)
