Colosseum or Gale of Darkness?

Picked up SoulSilver again today after a friend asked for help getting a Steelix, it feels so different after playing Green for so long

The 8th Gym Leader's Kingdra is the new Whitney's Miltank and the highest level Pokemon I have access to train on are over 15 levels lower than it, ugh

Way too much grinding, the amount of trainers in Green were enough to get my Pokemon up to the levels they needed to be up until the Elite Four

Oh crap, Colosseum was the one with all the story. I was thinking of Stadium. I never played Gale of Darkness, but Colosseum was good... although a little bleak.

Gale of Darkness has more shadow pokemon, and if you miss any you can always catch them later from Miror B.
