they've done a deviously good job of making it so the popular favorites are split somewhat evenly between the two

If you use /r/pokemontrades they make you prove the legitimacy of your pokemon (at least for legendaries and shinies, but you can request one from people trading and they'll likely do it if they're not hiding something) so you won't get fakes

but yeah GTS is bullstuff because of cheat engines, I swear everyone wants "reshiram level 9 and under"

also whose idea was it to not show abilities/moves for GTS trades? that's kind of important
