There was a new trailer for X&Y shown during a special pre-release screening of the new Pokemon movie, and while none of the information it allegedly showed can be confirmed, rumor has it that there are limited edition blue and red 3DS XL systems coming out that feature Xerneas and Yveltal

A new Pokemon was also supposedly shown called "Orotto", no information at all on that yet

Those of you with French, German, Spanish or Italan B2/W2 games can also now get the wi-fi Deoxys from earlier this year

The Global Link functionality for Generation 5 games will be shutting down at the end of this year

December 20th 2013 will mark the last day you will be able to send your Pokemon to sleep, and January 14th 2014 will be the last day of all Generation 5 Global Link functions (including the ability to change your C-Gear and Pokedex skins), GTS tracking, and Rating Mode for Random Matchup battles

You will still be able to wake up your Pokemon using the game itself, so there's no risk of losing a sleeping Pokemon after the shut-down date

It's quite a ways off but just keep that in the back of your mind that those features will eventually be coming to a close

Why is Gary such a loving bitch? Does he and Ash have some beef that I haven't heard about? I heard a story that in Lavender Town, Gary was there and asked Ash, "Do you know what it's like to lose a Pokemon?". In the previous battle on the ship, S.S Anne, Ash defeated Gary, leaving his Rattata injured, and he couldn't get to the Pokemon Center in time and it died. Gary seems to be a prick before this too. Does anyone have a clue?
