Thats base. If it were bred and raised to compete it could end up doing pretty well.

Seriously this, unless you're actually going into competitions with something like that it may be a problem, otherwise anything can work out if you make your team right and breed it right.

Was considering using Eevee as a Wish Passer/Baton Passer, just not sure what I'd really want to sacrifice on my Normal team for it.

It'd be Impish holding Evoilite with Adaptability.

Baton Pass

Evs in HP and Def and 4 in SpD (might switch SpD with HP)
