They do, it's far more common. I think Rock Polish would work well if you timed it right though.

I use a hydreigon trained in both attacks and speed, holding a swift sand (ditto hold them). Its faster than a lot of other pokemon i see on the battle spot.

hahaha no its not a ditto.
Of course your crobat could outspeed my hydreigon, but my hydreigon knows incinerate. Plus my greninja is faster than your crobat.

How..? Unless your Greninja has perfect IVs and the Crobat has terrible IVs or you're using a Choice Scarf that's not possible.
