are you serious mate

just get an adamant pokemon to hold an everstone, breed it with female scyther and eventually one will have technician. All babies, technician or not, will have adamant nature.

I still haven't bred a shiny, although that's mainly because I don't have a shiny charm and don't intend to sit through thousands of hatchings just to get one. Mainly because with my luck it'll be the wrong ability or something.

they have, as normal rate now is 1/4096

unless if you're factoring it the same way just with the new rate, i'm not sure because i didn't memorize the numbers
