although quite honestly I don't know why you have Talonflame AND Charizard.

even I myself am not sure which one to phase out.
on the one hand, talonflame has some great moves (Fly, Roost, Me First and Flame Charge),
but on the other hand its attacks are pretty weak compared to charizard's hard-hitting fire moves (not to mention Mega loving Charizard X exists).

i'm gonna get Mega Kangaskhan to replace either.

If your going to get mega kanga, replace charizard with it as you can realistically only have one mega on your team at a time, and I actually think that would be a good double battle pairing (talonflame and mega kangaskhan).

Only because of how insanely OP it is. There's no good way to counter it unless you plan a team around countering it.

Because Mega Kang is absolute trash and drains all of the fun out of everything

Any Pokemon that forces people to have a Pokemon on their team that specifically counters it should be swept under the rug and forgotten
