Can someone please identify this IP?

As I recall, his server has a client that records everyone's IP joining it to a text file.
I am not even kidding you I remember this.

anyone who hosts a server can see the IPs of anyone who joins it
simple scripts could do that

I'll check to see if that IP matches that of any that ever joined my server. Probably won't come up with anything, but I'll edit if I do.

How are we supposed to determine who that IP belongs to? It's probably dynamic. Doing a simple Google search told me the IP originated from Salisbury, North Carolina, but that's about as good as it will get.
