okay so everybody knows that it is the worst place to go to sell a game
they buy it from you for ~%5 of the normal price, and then sell it for ~%75 percent of the normal price
but today, no, TODAY
I got MW3 and Forza 4, or so I thought
I got MW3, sure
but I did not get Forza 4
I got Forza 3
the problem is that I was lead into believing that it was in fact Forza 4
the game case said Forza 4, the sticker on the case said Forza 4, and most legally binding of all, the receipt said Forza 4, for $59.99
that's right, I bought Forza 4, and got Forza 3
this would be different if it were Craigslist

Actually this isn't really a big deal. Just go in tomorrow with everything and ask nicely to switch the disk. Chances are they'll probably do it. If they don't, ask to speak to a manager. If he doesn't help threaten to call the authorities. Just don't be mean and don't try to act tough.

This actually happened to me when I got kingdom hearts 2. It turned out the first game was in the case, they gladly swapped the discs when I went back.

As bad as Gamestop can be, you don't know if this was on purpose. It's fathomable that somebody mistakenly put the Forza 3 disc in a Forza 4 case. They are pretty similar.

I stopped buying from Gamestop when that whole thing with Battlefield or whatever EA game it was. They put a special deal and beta access or something in the case and then gamestop took them out because it wasnt "What the game was advertised with, we only sell what we were told to"
