Any who try to break the ban will be fed to the cannibalistic tribesmen. The large barbarian/native army invading Slainte has overrun over a quarter of Slainte's land. No surviving Slainteans bahind Avalonian lines, as the barbarians have been merciless, and the tribesmen very hungry.
