Is it wrong that I prefer most games to be windowed?

Fullscreen when it supports 1080p, windowed when supported and can't go to 1080p.  Why are you guys accessing background programs when playing a game?  The only thing I ever do is browse the web occasionally, and then I use steam for it.

Many games alt-tab much better in windowed.

Not really. TF2, for example, crashes when you go back, no matter the resolution.

Don't recall TF2 ever crashing on me during the time I've played it. (not more than a day)

I play most games in fullscreen, but games like Garry's Mod, Ace of Spades and Terraria I will play in windowed mode so I can quickly switch out and browse the forums. If I could play Men of War: Assault Squad in windowed mode I would.

Fullscreen games tend to alt-tab badly for me.
