When you wake up in Portal two the machine says "9999" which could be 9 days 9 months and 99 years.
What i dont understand is that the Potato Science Project was made by chell. That was when she was a kid...How long was she trapped in the Science Facility... and how long was she asleep? Are they even in the same time era? Not to mention that Half Life 2 Takes Place somewhere in Russia (due to the Russian text on all the buildings) and Chell ends up in the middle of the US. Also we dont know how long the Boreallis has been abandoned, or how long it has been missing from the drydock in Portal 2

The HL character stockings (tehe) are probably just there as a joke, considering other Valve game content is in that comic as pointed out by Shell because richards.
well the first time you hear the word "aperture" about 15 seconds into portal 1, we all knew right away that the game was a spinoff of the half life series.why is this being debated now? lol
