The feel of it is amazing. It has spaced out keys which make typing flawless. And you can't get stuff in between the keys because of the space and how it is setup. It also has a flat aluminum surface where you rest your hands while typing. Also makes typing easy. The fingerprint reader has some fancy features. You can assign all 10 fingers to do a task. Say I scanned my left middle finger. And I have it assigned to open Blockland when I do that. Well, guess what. It will open Blockland when I scan my left middle finger. It runs Blockland fine if you don't jack your settings up. As would any computer. Minecraft is completely fine. I listed my settings below. However, please note that you will need to click your Ideapad into gaming mode before you can play it at best. It has a Lenovo Energy Management thing. When you click it onto Performance, it speed boosts your Processor to 3GHz and immediately makes your graphics better. It will eat up your battery though, so use caution and an AC adapter. As soon as you turn it on, the fan will start running faster. But when you are just browsing the web, Energy Saver will do fine. Just a nice feature about it. It has a built in over-clock and gaming mode :p

Graphics: Fast
Smooth Lighting: Off
3D Anaglyph: Off
Particles: Decreased
Render Distance: Short
Performance: Max FPS
Advanced OpenGL: Off
Clouds: Off

I noticed little difference compared to my desktop graphics wise with these settings. Other than the render distance, but still, its a subtle difference. I highly recommend the Ideapad. Not only is it sleek, fast, and powerful, but it also comes with every security feature you can imagine :P When you get it though, once it starts up for the first time, I recommend running the Lenovo Boot Optimizer. Shaves ~30 seconds off your start-up. I run mine once a month.

Another cool feature about this laptop: It has WiDi and WiMAX built into it. With WiDi, if you get an adapter onto your TV, you can watch TV on your laptop, and or broadcast Minecraft onto your TV wirelessly :) WiMAX is an amazing technology. Example: If you live in NYC, you can basically get Internet anywhere you want in the city. That is just 1 example. WiMAX - "If you want the luxury speeds of 4G with the added mobility to access the Web wherever you are, you should consider these WiMAX-enabled laptops."

Minecraft 3D uses the red/cyan system, so if you have some red/cyan 3D glasses, it should work.

They could've dropped the W7 Ultimate and put in a better processor instead.

Sounds amazing! :D

You won't regret it! I recommend an external mouse to play Minecraft / Blockland / Anything. And yes, it will go on 3D. Keep me posted!
