News
A new post on the website.
A new video showing the development of the game thus far.

Intro
I've been working on this game for a while now. I don't work on it every day, so development is slow, but rest assured I will finish it some day.

What is the game going to be like?
RPG focused around a power arm object that allows the wielder to lift more weight than usual.

Story
Not entirely sure

How are you making the game?
I'm using the Unreal Development Kit and Blender.

Well like I said, several times now, I'm not accepting anyone else to help me. Maybe in the future, but I'm not sure. The only way I would accept anyone at this point would be if they were at least 10x better than I am. And if anyone is going to apply, at least show me an example of your work...

You might have seen this topic before. The other one is too old.

Once you download the game and install it there is one thing you have to do for it to run properly. This won't be necessary in the future, but I can't fix it right now.
Anyway, you have to make a shortcut to *INSTALLATIONDIRECTORY*\Binaries\Win32\UDK.exe.
After you make the shortcut, right click it and choose properties. Go to the shortcut tab and in the target section add " ARM-City?Game=Armament.ArmamentGame" after what is already there. Then you can click the shortcut and play!

Controls:
WASD -Move
Left Shift- Sprint
E- Interact(To enter the vehicles)
Space- Jump
Left Click- Shoot
Right Click- Shoulder camera
Mouse Wheel- Goes through weapons(Though I think there's only one right now so that is useless)
F- Wallgrab(The debug lines that appear have to hit a wall for you to grab onto it)

Have fun! Let me know any bugs you find, any suggestions, or anything else you'd like to say about it.
Also please remember that this game is a work in progress in literally every way.

This again?

Looks good, keep up the good work.

Would definitely like to try this.

There's a new video on my youtube channel that shows the features implemented so far.

Feel free to suggest features you would like implemented.

How'd you get the models into UDK. I had been trying to figure that out for a while before I gave up.

I like the part where you talk with your voice.

It needs a more natural walking animation. I'm sure this has been said before, but the current walking looks like he's shuffling.

Party Rock Anthem. Problem?

For skeletal meshes I use the psa/psk exporter. You have to enable it in the blender preferences though. For static meshes, just fbx.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that all of the animations are just for testing. I just realized I didn't show that you can sprint either.
