So you extracted the stuff twice, and it didn't work?
Did you extract the zips with the names Weapon_M9 or Weapon_M16? If so, that's not what you are supposed to do.
Did you check your addons when starting a server to enable each addon?
Did you check RTB mod manager when to enable the addons(last tab on the bottom.)
Just a few questions to clear some stuff up.
And try not to double post. It doesn't look good.

TBH, they are kinda thin. I noticed that the sights look oval, as if you had squished the model a bit too much.

I've noticed this too, which is one of the complaints I have about the guns.
The other is the unhuman reload animations. They don't look natural, like somebody is actually doing them, and also, you're loading an empty clip and somehow getting more ammo.
Small complaints.

I'll look into this, but not now.

Unless there's an update that I've missed, the animations don't show you discarding a magazine and grabbing a new one. Again, it's a minor complaint, you don't have to fix it if you have no time.
