Make sure you have backups, by the way. Having only 9 people never goes well.

Thank you for mentioning this, I completely forgot about backups. I was a backup in another Highlander team around a year or so ago, but I was the only backup and 2 other players didn't make it. Total disaster, needless to say we had to forfeit.
