Afkpuz has been wanting to join USSR, he is an excellent builder, great architect, and a [SA] Goon. His work is in the forum, and is top notch stuff. I feel in this case there is no reason for him to make an application, his work speaks for itself.

So I ask you this, to Diggy and Facechild (who is away), that we should vote him in, or either of the leaders allow him to join.
