Well, I've thought of alot of game concepts, but i've built on this more because it's somewhat plausable for creation in my reach.

The idea of the game is to travel around a region, fighting corrupted animals and bosses in attempts to save the elements.

The storyline of the gameplay goes like so:
   Just a few days ago, a meteor had struck the earth in the ruins near Firetown. The meteor sent corrupted matter of sorts throughout the Province of Elements. This matter infected the rulers of the elements, corrupting the rest of the elemental region they rule. Firetown is the only safe place. We are in need of a hero to stop this infection and save the Province of Elements!

The gameplay is a bit unsteady, as I want to add more elements and themes into the game, but they can't all be stuffed into one game. I also need ideas. That's where I need your help.

  -Boss: Sadex (2 1/2 phases)
   •P1: Sadex
   •P2: Sadex's Reincarnation (Lava Dragon)
   •P~3: Obsidian Sadex Statue (barely a battle required)

That's about it for now.

Sounds like a great start. Worry less about what the items/bosses will be called. First off, get a really solid story line. You've got a great concept, not mind-blowingly awesome, but a good start so develop that. If it takes off and starts development in the future, that's when you worry about what to call things. For now, flesh out the storyline, develop characters, maybe draw up a map.

I had drawn part of the map. The quest goes in kind of a U shape, as you return to the true fire element region.

Will this be a sidescroller or 3D game?

Sidescroller, reason why I call it plausable. I also want to see if I can aim for 8-bit, but I want detail as well, so maybe 16-bit.

I'm also thinking if it should be Stöenwhal.
