How about a script that gives all weapons a chance to disarm the opponent on hit.

If you want to make it melee only, just have the script affect weapons that have a limited range, such as the sword.

I got a better suggestion that others may find more agreeable.


How about a melee club-like weapon. It knocks an item out of a player's hand when hit. (Of course this would only work inside minigames).
I think this would work with a whip mod.
If you've noticed, a whip can pretty much take anything out of a person's hand.
Should be an RTB pref to give the item to the whipper or not.
Both are good.

Yes and no.
Remember, for it to knock out of your hand, 60 dmg? So the only way that it-
overbrown townyzing. I shut up.

Should, but as a second playertype, or rtb prefs that allow you to disable/enable it.

It would have to make sure that once the player has >60 damage then all items they put in their hand would be dropped.

After all, you could be holding a pistol to take the 60th point of damage, and then switch to a rocket launcher as your pointless weapon flies away.

And yeah, RTB Prefs to disable. A playertype would be kinda useless, since that just adds more playertypes to a list of many and if prefs work then that's the best way.

You don't understand, in order to make someone drop their weapon you have to deal 60 points of damage in one blow or within a couple seconds.
