Hes already shown multiplayer. Its probably either just a very very closed beta, or they aren't actually players, but spawned NPCs

-helmets = customisable
-NPC shops are a thing (coins too)
-hoods for mages are a thing
-you can hide equipped items that you are wearing now, such as helmets so people can see your colorcoded hair
-all races can wear helmets
-the people in the above screenshot are actually ELVES
