The "Gullible Munchkin" race has increased XP gain and a permanent +1 bonus to all base stats. To acquire it, you need to type "wollay sux" at the character screen 9 times, then restart the game and reset save data! It'll be unlocked in the class list with the hotkey Shift-Alt-Tab-F12.

So while levels can be between 1 and infinity, the corresponding power is between 1 and 100.

but infinity isn't a number, it's a term
you can't divide infinity into 100 different parts or you still have infinity
thus the amount of xp you would need to go from power 1 to 2 is infinite

aka say if i were level 1,928,478,579,027 and had a power of 99
since 100 lies at the infinite number of xp i can't make it there, ever
technically doesn't that mean that power 100 doesn't exist?
