I was hoping it would be easy to run a game comprised entirely of voxelsI was wrong and disappointed
It's in alpha, and all the models are fully filled to the top with voxels, and so far there's no way to not render voxels unless you actually see them or whatever you smart people call it
Occlusion?
^^^^^^^I know it's in alpha, but dear loving god. I can rarely get above 40-50 fps while playing normally at 10% render distance. Ten loving percent.
If you don't play on a IBM computer, it runs pretty good.
My computer couldn't run the "mini demo". I know my computer is a piece of stuff, but it simply wouldn't run it.It said:"Could not initialize Direct3D. Please make sure the latest DirectX End-User Runtime is installed:http ://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35"So I tried to get the latest DirectX updates, and it told me the latest was already installed, and that no installation was necessary.
So umCan I get a little advice here? Is it simply that Cube World won't run on my computer?
Started playing and oh god what am I doing Im so lost and confused. Is there like a "Getting Started" guide or something?
