I have been crving a meidevil, good graphics mmo game, I was wondering if WoW is any good, if so, whre to sign up, also, is it a topdown, or a third person, discuss to familiarate me to the game, post pics plz.

Sadly, not anymore. Played it since the first expansion, and was very climaxic. Lost it's 'spunk' and now is F2P up to level 20. It's gone to stuff.

The full premium game with subscription, yes because you need your billing info to pay for it

Skyrim is much harder to run.
It's also more expensive.
As WoW is partially F2P.

Still, Skyrim is a pretty damned good game.
