Who is Iban and what is CityRPG?
Iban is, as far as all accurate data and research can tell us, the only human male capable of experiencing premenstrual syndrome symptoms, commonly referred to as "experiencing PMS". He exhibits incredibly manipulative and bipolar behavior and is a very dangerous person to interact with. He has been banned 6 times from the forums now over the course of recent years, going back as far as 2007 at 15 years old. He is now 19, and commonly attempts to flirt with women on the forums in order to create a long-distant relationship. Afterwards he will attempt to pursue them in the real world, granted he acquires their full name, phone number, address, etc. and if the female refuses he gets incredibly aggressive, going on about mutilation and rape.
Iban, also known as CityRPG currently and also as Ichverbot, and Joshua Moon, is just a broken person. He cannot function normally as humans do and has not changed. His behavior is unique to him and only him, and he will always be an outcast of this community. Even if he cures cancer (which he won't because he flunked high school and college).
