Anomaly. Generally speaking unless you're burning 7000 calories for those 2 pounds it's probably just your body being dehydrated.

I now live in a city and walking is a primary method of transportation.
According to the app on my phone, I burn around 500-600 calories a day, but I also eat a lot less than I did before. It says I should consume 2,300, but I only eat around 1,800.
