I just checked my weight this morning. I'm down 2 more pounds for the week. C:

Anomaly. Generally speaking unless you're burning 7000 calories for those 2 pounds it's probably just your body being dehydrated.

The weight loss has been constant for the last few weeks.

I've lost 7 pounds in the month of January.
I drink gallons of Green Tea and Water a day.
I work out for about half an hour a day.
I now live in a city and walking is a primary method of transportation.

According to the app on my phone, I burn around 500-600 calories a day, but I also eat a lot less than I did before. It says I should consume 2,300, but I only eat around 1,800.

1,800.

that's way too much if you're trying to lose weight

that's way too much if you're trying to lose weight
I'm afraid to cut it down any lower because last year, when I went from 250lb to 200lb, I dropped caloric consumption down to the 800-1400 range. In the month of September I ate almost nothing but celery.

When November rolled around my diet got wrecked by going up to my aunt's house, but I realized I felt a lot better too.

That makes no sense.
If someone overate they'd feel bad because of it.

If you work out intensely everyday you can afford to consume more. Granted when you do, eating seems less imperative because you don't want to ruin the awesome streak you started. To lose 7 pounds in one month is pretty good.

you can eat too much and not be full

because you ate too much
Au contraire, when I eat poorly I become extremely temperamental and bipolar. I am extremely depressed when my diet is stuff. Whenever I eat Taco Bell I'm hellbent on being as big an starfish as possible.

Eating less and exercising more is the foundation for weight loss.

I eat a really big protein-rich breakfast, then I kind of nibble on stuff throughout the day.

Eating less unhealthy food. Not simply "eating less."

"1800 kcal"

i guess this is why you've threatened people's lives

What? Are you kidding me? I'm a 19 year old male from an Italian family with roots in football, weight lifting, and wrestling. 1800 calories is what the rest of my family calls lunch.

1) except you're trying to lose weight, so you go by general statistics of how many calories any one person must consume in order to start losing weight
2) irrelevant

Everyones caloric intake is different. You have to do some calculations to figure out your own personal daily consumption and how much you need to cut to start losing weight. You have to factor in your age, your height, your weight, how often you excercise and your bmi.

Just google calorie calculator.

Anyways 1800 or lower is for intense fat loss which will result in flab if you're a fat ass already and do little or no weight training.

work out for half an hour a day doing what?
