Switch roles and continue adventuring the next day. Also get any location markers and bring that along too.

you can already map things with you internal mapping system

Go make somebody else take guard.
You let Lia take watch, and the night goes without incident.

Switch roles and continue adventuring the next day.
You and Lia decide to be the ones to go out and explore, giving Markus and Stojanow some time to recover.

You decide to head for an area of small rocks, a little north of the town. There's a small cave, only partially filled with sand. Explore the cave?

Two metric tonnes of sand.
Explore the cave. It's sure not to backfire horribly upon you.

The two of you walk carefully into the cavern. It slowly slopes down, and you find yourself in...

...a hangar?

In front of you is what seems like a decent ship, appearing to be designed for space travel. The door for it is already open, oddly enough. Scattered around the room are various ship weapons, probably discarded during the craft's construction. High above you is a large door, on the ceiling. It's probably covered in a good bit of sand.

What now?

>See if there's anything else around the ship

There are only a few discarded ship weapons and a few sealed crates. You can't open them. Near the wall is a button labeled "OPEN".

How big are these weapons?

Before that, check the ships computer systems. See if there's a onboard AI or a database of information.

How big are these weapons?
Too big for you to carry. They're heavy duty space cannons.

Before that, check the ships computer systems. See if there's a onboard AI or a database of information.
You carefully step inside the ship and check the systems. They seem to function fine, and it has a pre-set course to an orbiting space station.

There seems to be an on-board AI system, but it's requesting a temporary host. It seems that you can plug Bot into it, but you aren't sure if you trust him with a ship.

If it can't work with any of the terminals on the ship, then it's probably malicious. Check the databases for "TAMS".

You mean Bot?

Check the databases for "TAMS".

The AI, I guess.

Go contact Markus and the other guy and see if the name rings a bell.

Check the damage systems to see if there's any internal damage.

The AI seems incapable of functioning on it's own. All it tells you is that the ship was in the middle of repair when a mech ambushed "them".

Bot beeps at you:

>I REMEMBER THIS GUY
>WE WERE BEST FRIENDS

Go contact Markus and the other guy and see if the name rings a bell.
You send out a message to Markus and Stojanow, asking about that SDC-X guy.

Stojanow gets back to you a few moments later, saying that he's probably a Ship Destroying Class, and the ship you're in is more than likely SDC-X's. He also tells you that those "ship weapons" are probably Xeron's standard weapons.

Well, you certainly wouldn't want to fight with that guy.

Bot informs you that you could probably get a a much needed class upgrade from this ship, though. It would be good to get off of the basic combat systems, you suppose.

>AFTER THE TWO LOW TIERS, YOU'LL BE ABLE TO START USING SPECIALIZED CLASSES.
