If somebody loses their job at..i dont know...Game making. They were a map developer. Then their team went to a different map style and he had to quit because he had no idea how to do it. He doesnt just sit thinking OMG MY TEAM IS STUPID. He finds another thing to do. Maybe he makes weapons. Maybe cinematic animations. Sounds. More!
