Petition to revoke key of ID 3639 or more formally known as, "%1"

I posted this exact same thread about this user back in August 2011 and the poll showed that a staggering 88.5% of almost 300 users approved of having this person's key revoked.

Like I stated on the thread, this user has shown that all he wishes to do on Blockland is to cause grief to other players.

Why this user is still allowed to annoy and grief people on Blockland confuses me. Badspot has said before that your key can be deactivated if you are the worst person in the entire game, and to be frank I can't think of anyone with a worse reputation than %1. This recent thread shows that this person is still continuing to grief Blockland.

I think it's time that this person is banned from the game permanently.

%1 isn't entirely troll. He's capable of intelligent discussion, as I was able to get into conversation about scripting with him and he handled himself in the conv pretty well.

It doesn't matter who votes what, a petition isn't going to accomplish anything.
OP said himself that he posted this exact thread back in 2011, and the guy's still around despite the overwhelming majority voting to revoke his ID.
