Spiral Knights: Meanwhile

You stand in a camp that's being attacked by wolvers and slimes, and you are overlooking the last wave. 3 normal wolfies, one big wolfie and 4 jelly cubes. You have your trusty sword and your alchemer gun.

What shall you do?

MAKE WAY IT'S THE OP RESERVATION TEAM

Dungeon Defenders: Chronicles

You stand in an ornate corner hall, complete with two stairwells leading to the lower bit of the room. There are four colored windows depicting legends. The corner hall has a shining crystal with gold trimmings, with a power too great to imagine sealed inside. And you...

What do you have on your head: a wizard hat, a templar helmet, a classy 'do or a shining bald?

You have a wizard hat on your head. You also have a wizard robe.

Your hat is navy blue with sky-blue patches around it. It's not very big, your face can be seen. Speaking of your face, it's a nice circle - or as close to a circle as it can get - and you have carefully messed up rebel hair. Your left eye is glowing a bright sky blue, and has a diagonal black line going through it. You have no beard - you're not that old. Your robe is a standard issue wizard robe, with the same patches as the hat. And the staff...

It's a green spinal bone with a ribcage and a goblin skull with green glowing eyes, and by God you love that thing to death. It has saved you on a lot of occasions, along with your familiar. Your familiar is pretty big - twice the size of your head. He looks like you, except his robe is blood red, and his skin is a vampire shade of pale. He is really smart - can point out flaws in your towers, and he's not weaponless either - his eyes shoot bursts of pure energy.

You stop gazing in the mirror and remember you need to set some defenses, for the well is going to be crowded with dreaded things anytime now. You have several types of towers. They go as follows: a magic missle tower, a magic barricade that strips any attacker of his element, a fireball turret, a lighting tower that covers everything around it, and a deadly striker tower that is slower than others, but can go through walls and is more painful. You really don't want to place too many towers. Seriously, you don't.

sorry for three paragraphs, i'll make the updates less of a wall of text

hahaohwow.jpg

uh, make towers and do stuff, i guess.

magic missile
i'm attacking the darkness!

You start off by placing magic missle towers at the stairwells. Your familiar nods at you, it probably should be enough to hold off THEM for a while. The doors haven't budged, you guess you could conjure something to aid you. Like, a fireball or a staff.

dungeon defenders is actually a valid game

no duh

start the wave already and remember to pick up all that mana

You shake your fist at the dreaded doors, the only thing between you and THEM. Then you decide to try conjuring a staff in the meantime. You concentrate magic into a long stick shape, but said shape merely combusts into your face. You aren't any injuried, but you have learned something: you cannot make things for stuff. Suppose this is something you should probably fix. All of sudden you hear a goblin screech. You dash to the attic to see that the lower bit of the hall is five metric forgettons of goblins and what seems to be dark elf archers dashing to the stairs and getting blasted by magic missles. You wonder if your towers need any help from you personally.

Warning - while you were typing a new reply has been posted. You may wish to review your post.

You deide to kick back on a chair while all the goblins and drows (you decide to call them drows) stop screaming. Eventually the agony dies down, and the doors close. When you overlook the former/future battlezone, you notice a myriad of mana crystals lying everywhere, on top of the piles of goblins and drow archers. You can try listening close to the doors to figure out what's next. You also gaze into the mirror and realize you were a bit tired when observing yourself.

You have four belts over your apparel: one on your hat, two on your sleeves and one over your torso. You store a bout three potions on that belt. Andone more thing: your familiar was a bit far away while you admired him the first time, he's actually as high as your shoulders. Also, he doesn't have laser eyes, he just conjures lasers and throws them at things.

note to self: do not update when tired
