I agree that the rules are from time to time not enforced enough, but I don't think that there is anything that can really be done.

It's for more the most part fine the way it is though, but I really have to agree with you on the Adult Content thing. I don't see alot of sense in posting pictures of 95%-naked cartoon people/animals on a building game forum, although of course it's the Off-Topic section for a reason.

Think to yourself. Look at that picture, look at that taint, and ask yourself, "Does this taint offend me to the point where the user should be prohibited from posting?"

The answer is no. Except for Aphonites. He is a literal, honest-to-god Autistic child and he is offended by taint.
